Karam Dosa

Ingredients

Ingredients for Dosa Batter

Rice-2cups

Urad dal-1cup

Fenugreek seeds-1 tsp

Ingrediants for Karam

Large onions-2

Dry red chillies-15(deseesde)

Coriander seeds-2 tsp

Salt to taste

Method

1.Soak the rice and urad dal for 5-6hrs

2.Then make a fine paste by adding fenugreek seeds,keep it overnight for fermentation.

3.Heat oil and add sliced onions,red chillies and coriander seeds fry it for 2min add salt and grind it.

4.Now heat the dosa tava and meanwhile add salt to the dosa batter and mix it to get a correct consistency.

5.pour ladle full of batter on tava and spread to make dosa,add little oil on edges of dosa

6.Take a spoonfull of karam and spread over dosa evenly and don't flip it and serve hot
